My name is Veit Claesberg. I am a German theologian, preacher, and consultant within the Evangelical Free Church tradition. I am married to Alexandra, and together we have four children. We live near Cologne, Germany.
I work freelance as a theologian, consultant, and speaker. In addition, I serve part-time as Pastoral Advisor at the Evangelical Free Church Plettenberg-Wiesenthal and as Co-Managing Director of ChristusForum Deutschland. I also serve as the voluntary chairman of the non-profit organisation HelpMy e. V.
Before entering pastoral ministry, I trained and worked as a locksmith. I also served for many years in voluntary leadership roles in youth and church ministry and completed an internship in the United Kingdom.
I hold a PhD in Practical Theology from the University of Pretoria (UP) and an MTh in Christian Leadership from the University of South Africa (UNISA). In addition, I am an ordained Pastoral Advisor within the Federation of Evangelical Free Churches in Germany (BEFG).
This website brings together free theological resources and information about my ministry and professional work. My desire is to encourage churches and Christian leaders through biblical preaching, theological reflection, and practical leadership. Most content is available in German, while a growing selection of resources is also provided in English. All English content can be accessed via the English category.
